You will get an immediate confirmation email when your booking or appointment change is complete.   Please contact me directly if you don't get one as something went wrong.  

Please note that Potential Movement Bodyworks has a 24 hr Cancellation Policy.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify me at least 24 hrs in advance to avoid a 100% cancellation fee applied to your credit card.  Cancel or reschedule an appointment by updating your booking online, replying to you confirmation text or email, or leaving Abbie a Voicemail at (540) 632-2051.  You will get a confirmation message when your appointment cancellation is complete.  

You are required to have a credit card on file to schedule.   It is used only for cancellation fees, to encourage serious customers and deter inappropriate solicitations.   Thanks for caring about my livelyhood and safety.
