Room Available Aug 16th 2026!   Our Sunroom/Starter office will be coming available mid-August.  To inquire, message us with a little informaiton about yourself, your business and why you are interested in our wellspace.  

Grandin Wellspaces is a Center of Growth and Wellbeing and home to a cooperative community of wellness, health and office professionals.  Our mission is to create and maintain a shared office space where small independent wellness practices and office professionals can thrive.

Professionals enjoy sharing a common waiting/reception area, community kitchenette, gender-neutral bathrooms, and basement storage.  There is very limited parking behind the building, but ample street parking available in front of the building, on neighboring streets, and behind the coop.  Rent includes gas, electric, water/sewer, trash/recycling, and basic wireless internet. 

Our current community is mostly mental health therapists, but we also welcome massage therapists, photographers, graphic designers and other quiet office professionals that can honor our healing space.  Unfortunately, we’re not a great fit for nail care or professions that use fragrances, water or create sounds.

Professional/Business Licenses and Professional/Business Liability Insurance required.  Credit/Background Check Required.  Move in Costs are 2x Rent (1st month rent & deposit) Month to month subleases can be terminated with 30 day notice.  You must be an exceptional fit for our community.
